Terms & Conditions

Welcome to OURINDIANTOURS, in service for three decades. This section is to help you remit payment for your tour-package. Requested to read the Booking Conditions carefully as it sets out our respective rights and obligations.

In these Booking Conditions, ‘you’ and ‘your’ mean all persons named on the booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date). ‘We’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ mean Ourindiantours.

Please note that our itinerary defines the tour you shall be enjoying at the price agreed upon by you and us.

 Payment: The 50% of the total price of the tour-package shall be deposited three months prior to the date of start of the Tour.  The balance (50% of the price of the tour-package) shall be deposited one month prior to date of arrival.

Cancellation: If we do not receive the balance (50%) by due date, your booking shall be cancelled and the initial deposit (50%) shall be forfeited. The forfeiture is necessitated over various expenditure incurred by us to confirm the Tour well in time. We trust that cancellation amount would be covered by your insurance.

Not liable: We shall not be liable to cover any expenses for any injury, illness, death, loss of enjoyment, damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever, if to occur in course of your tour-package.

We shall not be responsible for any services which did not form part of our contract. This includes, for example, any additional services/facilities which you may order at any place in course of the tour.
